Where to host?

Basically a simple front-end website, with PHP for contact forms (going to a email)
Should be able to link to a namecheap domain

Any ideas?

If you plan to host one site only then get some web hosting (one of the already mentioned ones will work most likely)
But if you plan to host multiple things in future my suggestion is get an ovh vps for like 3$/month and you will be able to host many websites (eg. at one point I had over 12 sites + all the project sites so if you count them about 30)
