Where to learn

Recently i’ve been getting more and more interested in huge development projects. I’d like to be able to learn most of this stuff so I don’t have to pay so much every time. i’d like to learn html/css(know a lot already), js, and php. I know udemy is a thing but friends say it isn’t that good. Where’s the best/cheapest place that i’ll learn these things?

If you wanna learn HTML/CSS w3schools is good.
I bet you can find good tutorials on youtube also.
