Hello, I'm trying to keep this as short and informative as possible. I already have a good knowledge of Java and coding with the Spigot Api. I know how to build and use build modification tools such as WorldEdit, VoxelSniper, etc. I would basically like to have a good discussion about how servers function from a business stand-point and how to create a server that is successful. I know it may take a lot of hard-work however, I am willing to do whatever it takes in order to be successful with creating a Mine-craft server network. I may even be willing to give a tip for some information in this nature.

Basically, I don't know where to start on how to create a popular mine-craft server network.

Things I already know:

How to code with the Java programming language and how to implement and use the Spigot / BungeeCord Api.

How to use Xenforo and Create websites with HTML / CSS

Linux commands for Ubuntu, CentOs, etc.

How to create and attach servers in a Bungee-Cord network.

How to build and use tools such as WorldEdit, VoxelSniper, etc.

A lot more things related to operations.

How to manage a staff team and how to choose correct moderators, administrators, etc.

I would like some information like:

How to advertise from a mine-craft stand-point (YouTube, Bidding on server list, etc.).

How to appropriately handle situations that may arise with immature users (Swearing, General Immaturity, etc.).

How to manage funding and what options are available for funding (Sponsors, etc.)

Managing events, assets, funds, etc.

What users are interested in? What makes a server a good place from a user standpoint?

Analytics and trending techniques that help with the formation of a player base.

How to form a player base and how to gain players attention.

Other business related topics with servers.

Notice: I would only be interested in valuable information that will actually assist me with my goals. I am not looking for how to code or build and do stuff like that, I'm just looking for advice from a business perspective.

Thank you for your business, Anonymous User

I don't know much, but definetly don't start as a network. Start focused on one gamemode.
