Hello, I have been lurking around the forums really and would really like to start offering management services. I have in the past 8 years modded a lot of Minecraft servers, none of which are significant, i was a Helper on SSundee's Minecraft server TitanMC for a while back when it was first released but that is not really something i can use as past experience since it was so long ago and i have no documents backing that up. I have taken interest in management and how companies work the last couple years and I am sure that is something i wanna do when i get older, it is also what i will aim to get a degree in when i finish high school next year. I understand that i will not me making any money right of the bat, but that is not my goal either, I am really just looking to get some experience. I am just not sure where to start. I see so many people in the "Recruitment & Staff" forum that already have something really nice going for them and it seems hard to get out there. Help from someone a little bit more experienced with MC-Market than me would be greatly appreciated.
