Where would I post recruitment to my modpack dev team?

Hey guys, I have two google forms for applying to either my modpacks dev team (roles like working on custom content to add to the pack, advertise for it, manage the dev team, etc.) or the multiplayer team (creating our public modpack server). I am new to this site and I see theres some pretty specific forums i could post to that would fit one thing but not the other.

any advice on where I should post for the most traction? Also any tips on what to write to try to bring people in? Thanks in advance.

For the tips just say what the project is about and say the interesting stuff about it and what makes it stand out. Also, if you’re planning to pay be sure to add “Paid” in your thread title as people usually work for money nowadays.
