2013 is rarer than a 2016 i think but the 2016 looks 100% better

2013 is definitely uglier. Ironically, the least rare Minecon cape (2016) looks the nicest.

I’d still pick 2013 though. That year’s Minecon has special meaning to me, since it’s the first year I started playing on big multiplayer servers and got involved with the MC player-base instead of playing solo.

If your looking for rarity 2013, however if you want to flex it I suggest the 2016
