Which CPU is better for Minecraft (9 servers)

The cpus are not that different.

I would go for no.2 tho because of the DDR4 ram and the SSD unless you are paying more for it

Performance isnt 100% CPU based, there can be other aspects too. The 6700k supports DDR4 RAM, the 4790K only supports DDR3. DDR4 is notably faster than DDR3. Therefore you would have a small performance gain there.

You won't find a difference in performance since most problems are caused by bad plugin development.

Minecraft is like 95%-90% cpu tho

I would go for the one with more storage
And if I am on a budget I would go with the cheaper
