Which of these two dedis would be better off for a 1.8 pvp network?

Depending on your player volume, either would probably be fine. The Infra one has a faster CPU clock speed, so if you have the cash to spare and aren’t expecting multiple hundreds of CCUs, I’d go with that one.

infra-2 for sure. High core count, and high thread count. Minecraft is really per-thread performance-dependent.
