Sorry if its not in the right section, can staff move it?

Anyway, I want to know which host / plan would be best for me if I wan't to run a server with 50 to 70 players connected at the same time.
I don't know anything about specs, that's why I'm asking here.

Please don't tell me not to get a dedi and start with shockbyte, because I know that I can get 50 players on my server. I have connections with youtubers and I've already done it before.

My server has about 40 plugins, and most of them are lightweight (http://gyazo.com/2f0516d518a1adf10c342851f9b6fe46 , http://gyazo.com/702b3de4969708464b6f017a34672357)

These are the 2 plans I saw, from 2 different hosting companies. I need your help to chose the right one.
Keep in mind that I'm planning on having 50-70 players online at once.

1) https://mpgservers.com/Dedicated
The 2x Opteron 2380 Quad Core plan It's 45$ per month (I don't think there's installation fees)

2) http://www.kimsufi.com/us/en/index.xml
The KS-4 plan. It's 27.99, but has a bunch of fees. Comes up to about 40-45$

What do you guys think? Also, do you have any other host? My budget is 40-50$

Thanks :)

I say 2x Opteron 2380 plan is better because Kimsufi offers horrible DDoS protection, whereas mpgservers offers 10gbps with each server.

I highly do NOT recommend Kimsufi, it took me over 1 minute just to get into my dedicated server. Just go straight to OVH to get a good host with good DDoS protection. I'll put it this way also :

- If you cannot afford at least $109. Use a shared hosting, doesn't matter,.
-> But if you're using a bungeecord server and you're not reaching $109 per month, then obviously you need to shutdown some servers and start working on some.

Its only 1 server, a factions server. No bungeecord.
The 45$ plan from mpgservers can't handle 50 players?

I believe so. The CPU for Kimsufi is slightly better than the other one, and my friend uses the KS-4 and had no problems with 50 players. So I'm around 85% sure the other dedi can handle that much as well.

ShockByte is crap, they oversell their nodes. If you want to use shared hosting I recommend Spartan Host I have like 80 plugins and it runs good :)
I can go with any host as long as it can handle 50 players with no lag / a little lag.
Currently I'm with netherbyte, and the server crashes when there's 30 players connected. It also lags badly.[DOUBLEPOST=1438052368,1438052307][/DOUBLEPOST]

Anything other than KimSufi is better lol.
Thank you both for your help :)

Np. If interested, I could setup your dedicated server for a small price ($5). Usually only takes 10 minutes and I give you a tutorial.txt as well.

I've already set up a vps (centos) a few weeks ago. Is it the same way? If not, I'm intrested :)[DOUBLEPOST=1438052929,1438052813][/DOUBLEPOST]
It's the same price as a dedicated with 16 gb of ram.
Are the specs better than the KS4 server?
or the one from mpgservers?

I think either one will be perfectly fine, just get an SSD if possible, it'll make a big difference if you run a large world with many players in the future. I think the only big thing for you is if you expect quality DDoS protection and quality hardware you should pay quite a bit more. I know a few people that use Kimsufi and I haven't heard anything bad about it, I've also setup quite a few servers for people using Kimsufi.

The servers Kimsufi provides itself are fine but it only protects against attacks under 100mbps, which is pretty much nothing.
