A lot of players in my network (HCF-Practice) are requesting a new anticheat, but the problem is that i dont know what's the best option. I've tried GodsEye (which gave me a lot of performance issues)
Overflow (Which was leaked a month ago, has performance issues too and doesnt have support from the owners no more)

I need something that detects closet cheating, like low reach, bad autoclickers, and also prevent blatant cheating decently

I would appreciate any type of information about this

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Wait a bit for 2.0 release.

Vulcan Cheat Detection could work well. 3.1 reach, decent aim checks, everything thats blatant is detected.

Its on spigot search Vulcan Cheat Detection

Verus is definitely the best option for HCF at the moment. Vulcan & Karhu (Budget anticheats) are known to be extremely unstable.
Ghast can you please send me an mc-market message as I would like to test artemis in its current state before making statements about artemis.

Verus is not "definitely the best option". It shouldn't even be an option
  • Easily bypassed/disabled
  • Rarely updated
  • Terrible customer support
  • Overpriced

You're much better off going with Karhu/Vulcan, especially their 2.0 versions

Its not rarely updated, they just don't constantly update beta versions (they thoroughly test their updates before releasing to ensure stability).

Verus is by far the most tested & stable anticheat in a production (especially HCF) environment.
Although it is bypassed, when paired with a good antivpn and active staff team, it gets the job done.

The customer support can be slow, yes, but the anticheat is stable. Your paying for stability and usability.

I agree with most of your post. But there are a few things you got wrong:
- Verus is rarely updated, especially when compared to other anti-cheats.
- It's true that Verus is fairly stable, but you would hope it is when it detects basically nothing higher than a Hypixel Fly from 2 years ago.

You admit there are bypasses, but you don't seem to understand to what extent.
Verus has a Fly bypass which consists of 1 line. That shouldn't be the case

You can go with Verus, but in my opinion, you'll just become a target for cheaters and will put yourself in an even bigger cheater problem.

Verus updates are usually monthly, the developers work on updates for the duration of the month, and push out the update to customers at the end of the month (Or when they feel the build is stable enough to be released). Many bypasses & disablers have been patched in updates, however there are of course still bypasses.

You can't really compare Verus to Karhu or Vulcan which have never been fully tested in production. Vulcan and Karhu also do not have clients actively trying to bypass/disable them.

I own a variety of clients that advertise verus bypasses/disablers (such as dortware), I admit, verus can be bypassed, but I still when paired with an active staff team and good antivpn, it is a good option.

I have 15 line 198 blocks per second fly on my first client. smh

Yes, there are Verus updates, but when have those updates been significant? At most, they're a few lines of changes here and there.

They have been tested in production, and they do have clients trying to bypass/disable them. However, they're properly built and the developers care to fix said bypasses/disablers if they're made.

You have no way of proving how significant or insignificant the updates are...
What production servers currently use Karhu/Vulcan and what clients are targeting bypasses for Karhu/Vulcan, i would love to know.

Currently we have Vulcan running on thousands of players. I myself and 7-8 other people have put in work trying to make multiple movement bypasses for Vulcan, as well as other exploits.

Care to share some of those servers?
Also, why are you necroposting on a thread thats been inactive for 1+ month?
