title. Please leave any other suggestions in the replies. :) The spawns have different storylines.
Crash site: You can guess it. Ship was travelling to a different galaxy but crashed on a planet and the players have to settle other planets around the planet. (everyone will have their own small ship which will be confusing. Did all the player's ships survive the crash?)
Mothership: Something like the ship ran out of fuel or a failure and the players have to settle planets near the ship. (everyone has their own ship)

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

How about instead of giving all players their immediate 'ship', each player has to 'construct' a ship out of the wreckage of the mothership (which is the tutorial), so that at the end of the tutorial they can set off into 'space'?[DOUBLEPOST=1497629123][/DOUBLEPOST]on that note, I vote crashed mothership. Not an actual option, but it should be

Where will it make sense to "park" the ship if players want to return to home base to do trading etc? With the mothership that's easy because it makes sense to park there but where will the players park in a crater (the crash site)?

Next to the mothership, I'd say. If it has crashed, that does not mean it is completely destroyed. Look at Subnautica. That mothership's engines are destroyed, but there are parts of it that are mostly functional. A deserted planet with a minimal atmosphere would lack the production power to repair the ship's lift capability, but scavenging would allow for it to be turned into a pretty functional base.

So do what do you think is better: Trading posts and shops set up inside the broken mothership or outside?
