Really depends on what you are doing. If you are hosting mc servers cPanel is really the only option and its CLEARLY the best .

CPanel does not relate with pterodactyl or multicraft.

Out of the two pterodactyl and multicraft, I'd choose pterodactyl. Has a clean UI and is easy to install, also is secure!
