I would choose PC 2 has the cpu is newer, the GPU is newer, and other things.
PC 1's CPU is way out of date, and in companion the mobo is.
PC 3's CPU is also old.

#2 for better upgrade capability + if you want to upgrade the CPU to a better Ryzen (which is a more modern lineup) you don't need to replace the memory or motherboard.

I use the following (and get 200fps whist streaming)

I7-7700
GTX 1070
32GB DDR4 RAM
1TB SSD
120 GB HD

I know it isn't on the list, it's around ~$2000 on amazon.
I don’t see anywhere on the thread asking for your setup or setup recommendations:unsure:

I don't see anywhere on this thread asking for people NOT to help with setup or setup recommendations? Be grateful people are trying to help, jeez.
Should’ve listed my budget in pricing because $2,000 is no where near my budget. These computers are being sold prebuilt for under $500.

#2 by far see if you can snag a 1060 or RX 580 used (Rx 580 used can go for sub 100 and 1060 $150 or maybe less)
I have a t2 and it works fine

Computer 2 by far. I somewhat disagree with the suggestion(s) to pick up a 580 or 1060 as you'd only see a 10% performance bump for ~$200. For that much, I'd get a used 1070.

What's your total budget? I can put together a decent build for you if you've got a decent amount to work with. I'm pretty good with PC components, so PM me on discord if you want some tips: david#0101.
