Which processor shall I go for, for Minecraft game server hosting? (Dedi machine)

Intel® Core™ i7-8700 Hexa-Core Coffee Lake incl. Hyper-Threading Technology OR Intel® Xeon® W-2145 Octa-Core Skylake W incl. Hyper-Threading Technology?

I'm taking other suggestions also.

minecraft isn't multithreated or async, it doesn't really matter that much unfortunately. I'd definitely go with the i7-8700 for minecraft gameserver host simply due to higher clock speeds and higher single core performance.
