Whitelist Tokens (PvPLounge)

If you play PvPLounge, you will be familiar they have whitelist tokens that you can purchase in their shop. I basically want a plugin that players will have permission to add a certain amount of players to the whitelist with tokens.

Commands:
/whitelistinvite <name> - Should say "You added <name> to the whitelist! You now have <amount of tokens> whitelist tokens remaining!"

/whitelisttokens - Tells the player how many tokens they have left. Should tell them "You have <amount of tokens> whitelist tokens remaining."

/whitelisthelp - Tells the player the two commands above, telling them a brief explanation of what they do.

/wltokenadd <amount> - Console command to give a player whitelist tokens.

Command Aliases:
/whitelistadd <name> - Alias of /whitelistinvite
/wlinvite <name> - Alias of /whitelistinvite
/wladd <name> - Alias of /whitelistinvite

/whitelistamount - Alias of /whitelisttokens
/wltokens - Alias of /whitelisttokens
/wlamount - Alias of /whitelisttokens

/whitelistcommands - Alias of /whitelisthelp
/wlhelp - Alias of /whitelisthelp
/wlcommands - Alias of /whitelisthelp

Permissions:

All OP should have permission to use /wltokenadd by default. All players should have permission to use /whitelistinvite, /whitelisttokens and /whitelisthelp.

The amount of whitelist tokens players have should be kept in a MySQL database. When a player adds a player to the whitelist, the player should be added to ALL the servers connected to the database, basically Bungee compatible. All servers should require the plugin and not the actual BungeeCord proxy.
