I need a WHMCS sign in page (needs to be on a third party page) I tried using AutoAuth but that is stupid and dosnt work at all. How would I do this? Does WHMCS have a login api?

Do you mean sign-in integration? If so, go to "Utilities" -> "Integration Code".
