Yes, they are trying to start a hosting company. I doubt they have a system admin though or any experience in running/managing a hosting company.
Yee that's what I was thinking, there's not much of a point in him starting a hosting company w/out proper knowledge and experience.
True, I was also talking to 1amdev and he said that they didn't have enough funding to get a custom website. So, who knows what will happen to them tomorrow or in the future.

If you have a system admin, then why doesn’t he fix the problem. He should have the knowledge to fix it for you.
I agree, These are simple issues to fix.. Perhaps Hire a new sysadmin? I charge 50$ per month per node for Enterprise level Management, not kid level stuff like most of the people here offer....
