They're very easy things to fix. If you can designate 5-10 mins to it you'll get it all fixed other than possibly the default template that you will either need to buy a template for or get made custom. Those 'Needing Attention' sections are just touching up the perms of a couple files, setting a PHP variable and configuring a mail setting within the import. Those 'Warnings' are also simple to touch up.
