WHMCS Module Edits (php/html)

Hello,
Looking to find someone to edit the Pterodactyl Module for WHMCS,
Wanting the items listed below to be added to the module.

• Dedicated IP option,
• Allocate to the node with the least amount of used ram,
• Allow the user to re-create their server from within WHMCS (Would involve terminating the old one then creating a new one) with the options of which service ID they would like (1=Vanilla, 2=Spigot, 3= Bungee, etc)
• Be able to include the clients email within the server description when being created.
• Fix up Suspension and Termination
