WHMCS Pterodactyl Issue

Hi,

Just looking for someone to help out with a small issue I’ve had with the Pterodactyl WHMCS module. Pterodactyl support, while I do understand it is free and they don’t guarantee support, hasn’t really been able to solve my problem.

Problem is I’m trying to make an addon for a dedicated IP. When selected, the Pterodactyl server should be assigned to a dedicated IP - an IP allocation on port 25565. I’ve tried a lot and it still doesn’t work.

Have you assigned your IP block to your dedicated server?
also you need to add those IPs in your Pterodactyl panel on the node

I suggest doing what many other hosts do to eliminate this issue; make it so that when they are wanting to get the dedicated ip add-on, tell them to make a ticket to receive it and then manually add it.
