Hey I made a cartoon profile picture for instagram
and was wondering if someone could edit it for me and make it look more HQ
I sadly can not pay but I can +1 rep for you!
Maybe make the lips a better color or add some shadows!

I have done something like this, but with more detail.
However, I can't guarantee you that you'll get someone to do it for free, because the amount of work can be either 3 to 7 hours to finish, depending on the original image that has been referenced with.
