Who do I message regarding multi-accounters?

I messaged all three admins, but it seems Bosny and Rocket are MIA and Mick refuses to take 5 minutes out of his crazy busy schedule to ban a previous scammer.

Just need to know who I could contact for future reference, thank you.

Had you tried maybe ticketing them instead? It pretty new so you may of had not been aware of this just yet. I had submitted like two tickets and they got back to me in no time at all.

Try Errota, I've him ban some kids. Never personally asked him though, so I'm not 100% sure.

Try filing a support ticket, I've done this regarding users who were selling resources they didn't own. Was not a long process, very easy.
