This is actually funny... there aren't any words to describe how much knowledge you're lacking.

First off, you are describing hosting Minecraft via the web which is horribly wrong.
Secondly, I would try to gain knowledge of how to setup a hosting service.
Third, the market is horribly saturated so you probably won't be successful.

Yes, but just because you have a bit of knowledge with PHP and MySQL doesn't mean you are able to startup a Minecraft hosting service.

There are many skills and requirements needed to setup a fully functional, professional hosting service. Even for a startup host, many dedicated servers are needed since Minecraft is a resource intensive game to host. You will also need a lot of capital, maybe up to $5000.

If you are really looking to develop a hosting service, I would start off with just website hosting and expand from there but even this could cost up to $70 a month.
