Alright, I want to know who made the bot which calls random people and then message them a certain message.

I need one, any one. I want it so that the bot doesn't have to join any servers, it just DMs random existing people.

Well the bot can't dm random people if it dosen't share a server with the person or are friends with the person

Well there are many ways you can do this

You can have the bot collect all user IDs and then have them stored
and then manage to pick a random person from the list and send them a message and call them.

You can have it where if the person joins the guild and then sends the user a message.

I was wanting to make anti-dm bot but the api is limited for me on Discord Bots but in self-bots I could have it join and rejoin every 5 minutes or even when a new person joins and collects in coming message and see if we could detect it being a bot sending out advertisements and stuff ect. and then have it take actions in different ways.
