I mean tbh I talked to a staff a long time ago and they told me the following when it comes to being chosen: “Basically, they want people who are known but not relevant. The more relevant the more connected and the harder it is to prevent bias and leaking”

Quite reputable people also don't have the button, probably has to do with a list of requirements instead of one, I thought it had to do with join time but apparently, it doesn't since Brock joined in 2019 and Maddy in 2018 so that doesn't really make sense.

Its likely they're manually picked from people who meet requirements
