Who would want to learn how to code?

Hi, I'm a representative at Schön Developments. More credentials, who I am, and what I do will be disclosed later, but for now I have a quick question to see if I spark the community's interest. Who would want to learn how to web develop for a small cost, and if so, would you all have a budget? PM me answers if possible, if not just comment them.

I would love to learn how to do web development. I think that fair pricing would be $10 per hour on a single person, or $6 per individual per hour (if 3 people want a lesson together, it's 18).

Or learn lessons from an actual person who's been doing it for more than 5 years, and not a tutorial that only lets you learn by example.
