I am here to recruit for the upcoming Minecraft Network Arier Networks.
I decided to start fresh with brand new plugins,configs and basically everything really excluding the name and logo.
I have terminated my plan with my hosting and I am willing to host it when we are 100% ready.
I am recruiting for ALL ranks and roles from the hierarchy of the Minecraft Network itself including the Website and more upcoming servers which will be stated once joined the staff team.
We are recruiting in this format:
100% equals higher chance of an important ranks such as CEO,if capibility is up to standards.
50%+ Trial moderator.
We will hand you our application/test with will be corrected in marks,for example:
"How will you better the Network and make us more profitable and unique?" 5m (5 marks)
These are the ranks we are recruiting for:
Basic Staff roles:
Owner - What else can I say other than full ownership?
CEO - A Chief executive officer, the highest-ranking person in the Network or other institution excluding the Owner, ultimately responsible for taking managerial decisions.
Executive Staff - The Person(s) with overall responsibility for the efficient running of the Network.
Staff Managerial position - The Person(s) who has responsibility for the Staff team itself.
Financial sector - Deals with the income and profit coming in from donations and purchases.
Head Admin- Deals with the rank Admin,can not demote but only report on slacking/un-cooperating
Admin - Mainly co-operating with players,fixing bugs and making the community better.
Developer - Mainly coding and configs,fixes bugs and other errors that come up.
Social Media Managerial position - Team which works with our Social Media platforms such as on Twitter and Facebook.
Community management - Makes sure the community is working smooth without no hassle.
Trainee management - Inspects the ranks "Trainee" and has the right to promote once announcing to the the Owner(s).
Head Moderator - Manages the roles of the rank "Moderator" to make sure they are doing their job efficiently and correct.
Moderator -Kicks,bans and warns people on mistakes they have made such as hacking or verbal abuse.
Trainee - Training to become part of the Moderator team.
Off-side area of Staff.
Foreign language assistants - Works with players who's original language is not English.
Thread designers - Helps with grammar related topics to promote and widen our expectations from other players/websites.
Ideas person - *Found it hard to think up an actual name for the thread so its just going to be called "Idea person"* Gives ideas to widen our player and traffic to the server.
Scam resolver - Works with scammers and is allowed to either ban/ban IP depending the issue that has occurred.
BETA Testers - Helps with the server on the new releases on game modes - *Part time job.

General Introduction
We are looking for professional and dedicated staff members. Screening will determine the rank of the recruit (moderator, administrator, head administrator). Staff members are required to set an example for everyday players.
Custom Applications
Every applicant will go through the same screening process.
After their application has been considered by multiple members of staff,
an interview will be required for further analysis and reflection of the individual.
If accepted, the applicant will be under the supervision of a higher ranking staff member for the first couple of weeks.
Please keep in mind that staff members do not get direct payment.
This doesn’t apply to developers or other services that are not free. If members, who are new to the staff team,
start asking for specials might be kicked or demoted.
