Hey there, so today let's discuss how we can improve this WHOLE SITE now as in the past few months, or maybe since Jun of this year as to when I started to noticing.
Rules and Regulations:
Let's talk about rules and regulations as its an important aspect of this site to keep up with the users here.
The most commonly issue over here, is people getting permanent banned over reaching 75 points, most of us agree that users hitting that range should be allowed to appeal back, and depending on how they were on the site before, if the stuff they were warned for were by mistakes if they did it on intention that's a thing but if its was by mistake (such as sending an advertisement in the shout box since you can't access the chat past 5 minutes if you reload the site.
All warnings points should have an expiry, thus all over warnings issued in the past should also get an expiry, if they have crossed their time expiration limit, it should be expired then..

Backlog/Staff:
Talking about in no way we can forget about Eclipse, a lot of negativity from users about her actions, most of the time her actions are likely not through a proper rule maybe she does not have better clearing on how the ruling system functions on here.
As we talk further, let's talk about the HUGE HUGE BACKLOG OF support requests, scam reports, reports, reputation disputes if combined them together even 10 pages should be very less, people are promoted and their dedication only shows off for a day and then they would just act like any other staff being slow or inactive.
Professionalism:
Professionalism is probably a word not known here, when there are kids making spams accounts over and over again and posting their same copied stops again and again.
Hint: talking about woryaan (the amazon guy)
The person has been quite annoying and to point what Dawnzide said over here
People outside here does take MCM as a joke site.

DDoS Protection:
Most of us are aware how some 10 year old kid nowadays can just send an attack here, likely what keeps happening and not having the very best protection the users have to face downtime.
A few days prior a downtime of around 4-6 hours happened because someone sent an attack.
Service Team Union:
All of their terms are different from each other and you don't understand what to do.
Despite all of them works on MCM, I was thinking that MCM should enforce terms for these owners and also for the public.
MANY, MANY service team owners breaks a lot of rules on here, each day such asking for reputation, ratings on their thread and similar.
The main reason for this one is to give Service Team a platform since even if they're the most hated thing of this site, they do deserve a proper plan given to them, such as rules to use and follow.

Reputation System:
In the past a lot of users have lost their hardly earned members which were either given without solid proof or from banned users.
Likely this should be fixed, since if a user is banned it doesn't mean the deal did not went through, if the user is not a member of this site then why don't you delete all their threads, their account and their history in posts.
Shout-box Advertisement Timer:
So repeating this, a thread was made way way way back in 2017 regarding this same purpose which again a lot of us requested it because we're warned mostly for badly timing our shoutbox ads.

Looking at the thread, you can see an argument where they argue "how would the shout box find its an advertisement" well it should be pretty easy, the way you put text into the conversation auto responder, you can make a whole lot of ads and put them into a box such as script, if you use any one of those ads that were written in the script's tab the shoutbox can easily just locate it and say (Yes its a advertisement) let me display a timer.
Loans and Investments:
A recent huge scam wave which happened due to Harrison where he asked for a lot of loans and scammed people, (they have their money back so no issue)
However, looking at THIS THREAD
It also features how it should be done, thus this is a thing that will provide users more safety on this site so it should be given more priority.
Thread Drafts:
Allow us to comment so we can make pre-defined threads, comments and other stuff and do changes in the same draft before publishing.

Not sure if the community wants this or not, but a new theme would likely be a plus, a theme that will be modern and easier to browse maybe to release by Jan 2020!
