Dude you would get better offers if you asked something clear like "[Requesting] Cheap Logo" instead of "Who's the cheapest logo maker."

It's all the same thing, people give recommendations either way.

Nope. If you look at threads with titles similar to "Need a cheap logo" or whatever, you see direct offers, not recommendations. On this thread, you mainly see recommendations.
