Mine got limited bcs i got many F&F and it was new paypal, i had my bank statement, ID, passport, credit card, bank linked and they still permanently limited me -.-

Paypal just isn't worth the effort as a minor, use venmo or crypto instead (looser TOS, easier to bullshit your age if needed). I had so many problems with paypal when I was younger, and their support is just an endless headache...even now that I'm verified w/ SSN I still find it to be a shitty way to take payments.
