I honestly can't believe people are serious here. Why on earth would you even try to defend yourself when you're clearly breaking the freaking rules? If you're going to be so cool, be cool and accept the fact that Mojang is finally enforcing their rules. People who don't understand that are not heroes, they are the toxins of the community, and I'd gladly see them leave at this very instant.

Its not right to sell cracked accounts, those are other player's accounts and not rightfully yours. If its your OWN account, I see nothing wrong with doing that with a friend over skype.
