Why can't I create a Business account or post REP?

Hey guys, I've been wanting to create a business account for when I release my network but I cannot do this because I do not have access to the page and this also includes posting rep to other user's accounts. I was wondering if there are any limitations such as user's age, account age, number of messages/posts etc.

If there is anything you know, please reply to this thread or DM me.

I know its one month for rep.

Your account has to be Active for around 2-3 Months i needed to wait around 3 Months to add Rep so i take it you would need to wait 3 Months for a Business account to
