Why do mc IGNs get blocked?

So ive been trying to snipe any names tbh going from 5 monthly searches to 100+

but one weird thing is when alot of people try to snipe the IGN it goes blocked and stays like that for 5 or more days.

Why? is it because they are gonna look who clicked change name first?? is it because theres too many tries , is it because theres alot of accounts changing the name to the specific ign at the same time ( snipers ) ?

i have my own sniper , but if its a not very searched name that people missed ill just go for a sneaky hand snipe. but youre ignoring my question. this is not what i made the thread about. i clearly didnt say : guys i cant snipe names help how

Chearful is a sniping website and they block them when they are going to snipe or SMKM's own sniper blocks them too.
