I've been looking around and such and people are paying for YouTube likes and subs. I understand that they want to get views and subs but at the same time its not worth it. People have to see that you have to put hard work into it to make it go far. I could spend 100's of dollars on buying subs and such but it won't mean anything to me. But if I work hard and upload consistently and get more known in the community than it will mean something to me. Honestly the people who want to be youtubers should put hard work into it rather than just Paying for subs and likes

I'm pretty sure it also helps with the Youtube algorithm and getting their video recommended. I might be wrong idk.

People typically bot 1k or so subs, then go legit from there (the original boost helps them in the algorithm, as well as viewers are more likely to subscribe if the user already has lots of subscribers)

People are always looking to take shortcuts and at the end of the day it's incredibly cheap to sub bot.

Look at it like this. Let's assume every 1000 subscribers botted costs $100 (I have 0 idea what the real prices are). Now imagine the person buying the botted subs has a job that allows them to get paid $10/hour, or can get such a job (aka 16+ non-idiot). Now, do you think it would take more or less than 10 hours of work to get to 1000 subs organically? Or even just by spamming people to sub to you like some are wont to do.
I don't condone botting and will certainly never lower myself to do it, but I can still understand why people might want to pay for it.
