Here is my view on the subject. I respect anyone who is mature and non-noobish. If you want to play cs:go at 9 years old, and your actually good at it, be my guest I don't care. For me it's maturity, if someone is immature I hate them no matter if their 9 or 30. But if a kid is mature, I treat him equally.
I have a friend who is 12 years old and he is a genius programmer. I talk to him like he's an equal, not like he's some noobish kid that I'm better than.

I agree, but that example can't be that common, because I think everyone's experienced those 10 year old kids on their servers that spam for OP or staff, or even on here that can't even spell properly, but have premium. Most of the people we think of as "squeakers" aren't mature.
