Everyones on their knees for a Logitech G502 even in 2019, but why? They have like 5 newer models. What makes the G502 so special and still so desired?

I'm lookin for a new mouse and was wondering if the G502 would be worth the cop

Had G402 and it lasted me forever. It's got a surprisingly nice build quality and a nice size for big hands, which mouse size entirely depends on the user's hand size. G502 is one of the no brains buys for big hands, which is why it still gets bought today.

Personally I think it is overused and many people used to see it as "Ninjas Mouse" which made them want it more which is just completely stupid. I hate the button placement on the mouse and the overall look of it, I prefer simple looking mice that have good amount of buttons. The weight of it is also a problem for me, I do not like heavy mice at all but others may but it is just too much for me. I'm thinking about getting the Razer Mamba because of the design and from reviews it sounds like a great mouse for the price. It's really up to you whether you want it or not just take into consideration the weight, design, how it will feel etc before buying it.

Not really related but 4 of my friends own the G502 but I don't know the reasoning of it, I guess people just see it as a good mouse cause of pro players in games.

because its awesome, i have it for more than a year now and even if it breaks i would buy that again (which i doubt that it will break soon). The price is just awesome for the quality that you get.[DOUBLEPOST=1546530195][/DOUBLEPOST]

what are you even talking about, the weight... you can literally change the weight of this mouse by removing / adding the gram aluminiums that you get with the mouse LOL

I know... Almost every mouse you can do that but I mean just in general it's heavier than other mice even without the weights. It weighs like 125 grams without weights where as other mice weigh about 90-100 which is quite different.

Use a MX Master 2S personally and if you have the money for it, it is amazing.
