Why does my paypal do this?

I have had a lot of activity on my account recently, and then yesterday around 2 PM EST, this is the error message I got. Thought some of you might know how to fix this! Any help is very very much appreciated. It's so annoying because when I go to buy something, this is what comes up.

I have money in my account, debit card from paypal, bank account connected and SSN, why would it be doing this?

$5 to whoever helps me fix this today.

Does it happen every time? Could be an issue with the sellers PayPal being limited or whatever

Other people are able to purchase from him as well. I'm able to send money to people privately (occasionally) but when I go to buy this, that message comes up.

This happened to me before and I called PayPal and was told it could be a number of things. Considering other people can pay, I would consider calling PayPal and asking what’s the issue with your account specifically.

I've called them twice, have been told they could freeze my account. They did once and that did not work. People can send me money still, and I supposedly have no limitations.

Yeah lets link my paypal to a vpn which is in a weird location for my account and get it limited instantly!

It's last resort because I legit have tried everything and it's not working. I'm not using a VPN or anything like that.[DOUBLEPOST=1561664143][/DOUBLEPOST]

No idea, wait it out and hope PayPal fixes it soon. I wish I could offer you better advice but I really can't.

ugh okay, thanks for making me aware. Wish there was an alternative because paypal is so bad.

PayPal doesn’t have any intention of changing their “fraud detection” AFAIK. Best thing to do is to not log in for a day or two.

Seems to be fixed as far as I can tell. Just thought I should share as I've had several payments go through today and 2 yesterday (one messaged be about the error) and no messages about errors.

Yeah Paypal recently started to suck, a lot of stuff happen that shouldn't happen

You dont have enough funds, always happens to me when I didnt have funds,

I do have enough, and more.
