Why is everyone so mad at SKMN

Can someone explain to me why Is the whole OG account trading/selling community so mad at SMKM? I don't know too much about how you guys get accounts and snipers and all that illegal shit you guys do, but I see a lot of account sellers are mad SMKM judging from his rep. Why? What did he do to you guys? IDK so explain If you have time.

Users do something known as transfers, which is intentionally changing away from an OG name (worth probably hundreds of dollars), then hiring sniper(s) to snipe the name on an account they desire. They may do this because their old account is insecure, they might want to move the name to a cape account, or they might just want to have no previous username history (giftcode sniping).

Essentially, what SMKM has been doing is sniping (or somehow) getting the names that people are transferring. Some are accusing him of using a glitch to do so, which is one of the reasons why everyone is so pissed at him (I am not implying that he does, just stating the facts). As a result, the user transferring the name just lost hundreds of dollars instead of getting the name on his or her alternate account.

Note that changing your name away does come with inherent risks, including this one (other people taking it). People are just angry because SMKM is intentionally doing it to profit, even when notified that people are transferring.

In a certain discord they were actively saying that SKMN should cut himself / kill himself... kids need to chill out. I've put hundreds into .org and .co but I don't see how people can condone that sort of behavior. Just once again proving the OG community is toxic as hell.

Your right. But there is a long-term issue with this, most people wont consider any other sniper safe now (even though they weren't 100% safe before e.g. my friend hand-sniped the account "bar"). This means people cant transfer accounts to get TID or og info, or to get rid of the past owners as it may be a past scam account. On top of this, now more people are gonna make their own private snipers, and if made well, will make out-do other snipers since they wanna make profit out of taking other peoples transfers.

That's never going to happen.

If people stop believing that they can securely transfer their account, they won't do it at all. All transfers will essentially die, and the only OG's will be semis from stupid kids changing away or TIDded accounts, which are pretty rare. Unless you already have a massive userbase purchasing semi-og snipes like mcsniper or chearful.ninja, there's no point in making a new sniper. The cost and time involved in creating and maintaining it won't be worth it.

Any competition is good competition. I'm sick of seeing Chearful and MCSniper dominate the market. We need more people like this guy.

What could have been done to avoid this is some arrangement to stop SKMN from sniping it (such a payment) peacefully. I'm not saying that having your own sniper is bad but just the decision to do it is despite being forewarned :/.

I can relate to that. If I had a sniper and knew a big name was about to drop. I don't blame him. I would snipe that name with my own sniper for myself. He's not doing anything wrong. He's not scamming anyone. I do feel like It is an asshole thing to do but If I see a guy drop $100.00 on the ground. Will I tell him he dropped no? No. I'll wait til he walks far enough from it and keep it for myself. Hopefully, you understand what I'm saying. I would have done the same thing If I was in his shoes. I'm sure anyone would have. Especially If they're not being paid to not snipe it. He doesn't owe them anything lol.

Eh I think a better analogy would be if the guy intentionally placed the $100 there so that the next day he has an 85% chance of getting it back

Not really, because the person who wants the name sniped does not actually loose money.

They are losing money. If I have an account worth hundreds and he snipes my name from me. I've lost money. I probably spent a fortune to buy it or I probably was going to sell it once I transferred It to the new account. I still lost money lol.

Everyone who tries to snipe knows it might fail that's a given and also why many will pay for two snipes in case one fails.... Now there is competition and everyone is hating him. If he was public and he sold snipes etc everyone would love him, But because they can't make money they will hate him. Let's be real if any of the users who have negged him had his sniper what are the odds they would do what he is doing.
