Just a question, why are banned people shown in the 'top chatters' in the shoutbox but our reputation given by them is removed?

So their messages are valid, but their given rep is not?

I agree, banned users should be removed from the top chatters list.
The reason this hasn’t been done yet is simply because almost nobody cares about top chatters, so there have been higher things on the list of priorities, and a hell of a lot of development to do.
It’ll be seen to once more important things have been.
