The problem with paypal, PayPal needs to pay a fee everytime we send a payment. Ik someone of u out there will say "Use F&F u dumb***" but, i cant coz in my country IT DOESNT HAVE THAT BUTTON. One day, i was buying an optifine cape for 2$, I send the 2$ to him and THEN HE SAID THAT I DIDNT SENT HIM THE 2$ WHEN I DID, IT WAS PAYPAL THAT HAD TO PAY THE FEE OMFG PayPal, if youre reading this please stop the fees. Its really annoying. Ugh Thanks for reading.

And Paypal will make money how.... it's a business they make profit from fees. That's the price you pay for using Paypal just be smart and figure out how much you have to send when fees are factored in.

PayPal fees is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (for US domestic).
Compared to sales tax in the US (8.875% in New York) or VAT (20% in UK), this is basically nothing.
The only problem is with things that are less than ~$5.00, because yeah - losing $0.30 on a $2.00 sale is a big deal, that's why you don't see many people selling things for $1.00 PP (instead they sell 10 for $10).

Use any of the free online PayPal fee calculators to see how much you need to send in order for them to receive the full $2.00, or how much they should be charging for them to receive the full $2.00. Just get him/her to refund the payment and send it again with the fees included.

Why paypal cannot generate 3 trillion dollars?

Because its not plastic money, thats real money we're talking about here, it comes from banks and you put it on your paypal account.Paypal is like an online bank, Its like saying why bank doesnt "generate" alot of money
