why is the funny rating neutral and why is there 2 agree ratings?

Just think of it this way, Funny can be positive because you may post something that's funny, however you may post something really cringy, which will cause people to laugh. So it can be used in a positive or negative way. Like, people are laughing at you, not with you. Or the other way around.

Seems like someone else has already explained the second agree rating, but funny should definitely stay the way it is now. Most people rate posts as "funny" in a sarcastic way (I believe "optimistic" used to count as neutral in the past as well, but it has been changed).
