Is what you might think, but that has to stop if you ever want to fucking make it you need to wake up, so here is my free personal advice for your dumb ass.
STEP 1: GET OUT OF BED BEFORE 9 AM. this is crucial use everything you have alarmclocks your PC with a alarm with screaming sounds idc how you do it but it must be done.
STEP 2: READ A BOOK read 1 book every 2 weeks MINIMUM it doesnt have to be long but its very stimulating for your brain.
STEP 3: SHOWER / BATHE EVERY NIGHT why at night you might ask? its usually more relaxing and relaxation helps your brain dummyboy.
STEP 4: EAT BREAKFAST preferably around 9;30 am Why? a fed belly in the morning boosts your whole personality and helps you trough-out the day.
