Okay, so I'm a little confused on this whole system of usernames. I want a specific username that someone has. However, they're banned. They're Premium & Supreme and have over 1,000 posts. This automatically disqualifies me even to get the username I wish to have.

If they're banned, why can It not be an unregistered username?
I'm not posting this in suggestions, mainly because it has probably been said.
If staff won't mind commenting on this, why can't we open up a username request & grab it?​

I'm not sure how the whole prem/supreme/posts thing works with banned people because I haven't looked at it but can't you request banned usernames after a year of them being banned or does them having the ranks/posts still matter even when they're banned.
