This isn’t exactly a bug, I was the one to write the FAQ page. But if I were you... expect a warning for misusing the wiki

It is a bug though; a wiki page is only offiial if it was created by MCM staff. MCM staff should be the only people able to write to the official section.

And no, I wouldn't say it was misusing - it was to demonstrate the fact that there is a permissions bug. Last I checked there isn't a way to delete pages anyways :shrug:
