Will a scam report be placed?

well I have a loan with someone atm and I need to pay him back, I have the money but he isn’t responding on discord,

I need to pay him back by the 4th but what if he doesn’t respond and it goes after? Do I get a scam report. Or

I mean if he sent you the loan using paypal, then I'm sure you can just send it back now using the same paypal address. If you pay him now and he still asks on the 4th for his money, just say you sent the money already and show him proof.

No... If it's their fault that the payment couldn't be provided by the agreed date (such as not responding to messages), then they have no basis for their scam report.

Just say something like "Hey, I'm on right now and able to provide the payback payment of $-- for today. Please respond when you're next on".

I mean if he sent you the loan using paypal, then I'm sure you can just send it back now using the same paypal address. If you pay him now and he still asks on the 4th for his money, just say you sent the money already and show him proof.

Yea, but there’s heaps of discord PayPal scams atm so I need him to respond first

I would hold on to the money. This happened to me once and I sent it to him but his PayPal got hacked apparently. I managed to get the money back because I sent via g&s. You should wait.
