Will hytale server owners hire the same type of developers as MC server owners?

Hello! im a little confused. i heard hytale is created using c# but plugins and stuff made for it will be made using java. so would mc-market still be a great place to hire hytale server developers?

also, how much more can you do on hytale than MC. there were so many limitations it drove me crazy
