Will MC-Market be upgrading to XenForo 2?

Hey all,

I'm just wondering whether MC-Market will be upgrading to XenForo 2 in the future or if it will remain on XF1 for the next year etc or so?

Thanks, just curious.

Only really Mick knows. But I would say no. It would be alot of work making everything compatible. The forum has just had a new theme made upgrading would likely mean alot of that being redone. The forum works fine now, so I cant see anything that would make him want to spend more money, time and the risk of problems arising to upgrade.

Not immediately, but eventually I think it would be nice to update to xenForo 2 just so we can stay up to date and the forum can look more modern. We have dozens of addons that are either custom or unmaintained at the moment, so we would need to get all of them remade on the new system once it becomes a stable release of xF.
