Introduction & Direction
Hello! My name is Ben, but preferably I'm known as online as Xethorias. A basic run down on me; I'm Australian, I'm 15 years of age, I love helping people out in most ways including helping them with the setup of their server and managing their staffing teams. I have my services currently available for any one who wishes to take me on and give me the rights to managing and directing their team. A staff team is meant to, in my eyes, help and guide players to better improve their experience. A staff team also needs a person that they can as well as the owner can trust so if you're looking for someone who is dedicated, organized, trustful, a great director please consider me. Down below you will find my past and present experiences as well as my terms of service.
Experience
Thoughout my time on Minecraft, mainly within the past 2 years I have moderated, managed and even owned many serves. They were mainly small servers, but I still believe I can take on the bigger ones once getting used to them.
To begin with, Nimania. Nimania was a small factions/survival server based mainly around the community. I started as a casual player joining each day to becoming a moderator than a staff manager (Or known as moderator+ on it). I moderated chat and made sure all the new players were guided and shown around the server if they required. After a month of two, I was then promoted to a higher position, staff manager or moderator+. After that, the server sadly closed down as the owner felt the server was lacking in players and funds.
Secondly, Skyblock XYZ. Skyblock XYZ was by far one of my best experiences as I could deal up to 100 players at a given time. I was helper there twice. After a few weeks of being helper the first time, I started to change as there were many personal issues going on in my life as well as I was getting threatened many times in chat there. I ended up resigning, but I was basically demoted. The second time I became helper was around 7 months after. I was helper for around 2 weeks than I resigned due to not enjoying the server like how I used to. Thirdly came ShiftedMC. I played ShiftedMC for around a week then was promoted to Administrator after sending in my application. I learnt things including how to run a server and their back end (console/files). After a few weeks the owner asked if I would like to join him in running the server. Once I was promoted, we started to develop the KitPvP server which ended up failing and closing the server. Fourthly UnderWorldMC. UnderWorldMC is one of my current experiences. It hasn't released just yet but it is planned to in a few weeks, the game modes will be Hellblock (Or Nether Skyblock) and Infection. I am currently the lead manager and owner of the server. You may contact IAmMorty for a reference if you require one.
Fifthly, KystroMC. KystroMC is basically my baby and it is an upcoming Skyblock network. I am the owner and lead manager along side IAmMorty who is the developer.

If you're considering me as a staff manager on your server please also consider the following terms:
- I have every right to refuse to work for you and your server.
- The server must be either released and already have a playerbase or is very close to release.
- If you hire me than demote me at a later stage, you must give me a valid reason for my demotion as I will require it to improve on in future.
- I am not looking for any sort of payment, but if you do consider to pay me for my services it must be sent via PayPal.
