(Will Pay) Need a Thumbnail (An SMP Thumbnail)

TAs the title reads, I need a thumbnail. But before I go ahead with you, I need to know how long it would take. I need it by Sunday or Monday, and PLEASE tell me if you cannot get it done in that short amount of time.

One last IMPORTANT thing. If you do me a thumbnail, could you do up to 30-50 episodes? For example, you make me a thumbnail, but all you do is send me copies of the same thumbnail except with edited numbers ex. "E1," E2," "E3" and so on.
