I today im willing to help any server and become a second owner and i'm looking for a faction one. Pros: I could record and bring people to the server. I know config well and can really change it quick to our likings. I spend half of my day working on the server to make sure it is up and running smoothly and to fix bugs. You should probably move this to the "Offering" section, and provide examples of your past experiences and examples of your work. This section is for selling servers, and there's literally no proof that you know anything about servers. 12 Subs can't really do anything, and 90% of the people on here know how to config. If you have something unique such as coding knowledge or a prowess at graphics, that will help you find a job on here more likely than not. Good luck with finding a job.
